Elementor PHP version not supported

Elementor requires a minimum PHP version of 7.0. If the server runs an older interpreter, Elementor stops loading and shows an error banner.

The mismatch occurs because the host supplies an outdated PHP binary, a .htaccess or php.ini override forces a legacy version, a multisite configuration inherits an older runtime, or cached opcode still references the previous version after a downgrade.
