Errors / issues while using RocketCDN

RocketCDN fails to deliver static files because the CDN request never reaches the origin or is rejected. The server, firewall or security plugin blocks the IP range, the DNS CNAME does not match the site URL, or a hosting level captcha interferes.

The result is broken images, missing styles, API errors and messages in the WP Rocket dashboard indicating that RocketCDN is unavailable.
